A forklift trainer was teaching another employee how to use a stand-on powered pallet jack. The trainee backed up the powered pallet jack, then moved it forward. It pinned the trainer's leg against a guardrail, causing a compound fracture.

A forklift delivered a work roll to the roll shop for repairs. The forklift lowered the forks to the ground with the roll on the forks. The operator then slightly tilted the forks to have the roll come off the forks. An employee was using a steel bar to attempt to stop the roll. The momentum of the roll forced the bar from his hands and struck his lower left leg, breaking the fibula/tibia.

At approximately 12:00 PM on July 9, 2015, an employee fell off of a moveable ladder/platform while waxing the top side of a wing on a corporate jet. The employee's boot tread got stuck in the tread on the stairs, causing him to lose his footing and fall approximately 48 inches to the ground below. He was hospitalized and sustained three fractured ribs, and possible pelvic and clavicle injuries.
